We will be able to determine many of your placements such as the Sun, Moon, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Lilith. Though we won't know your Rising sign, which indicates how the signs are placed within your wheel. Without knowing your rising sign, predictive astrology with transits and timing cannot be used. Rising signs change every couple of hours. If your mum can't remember if it was 1:05 PM or 1:10 PM, that isn't a big issue. If she can't remember if it was AM or PM though, we have a problem.
